This Talking Heads 12" single is a must-have for any vinyl record collector. With a speed of 45 RPM and released under the Sire record label in 1983, this first edition, first pressing of "This Must Be The Place" is a rare find. The black vinyl material and paper sleeve case type make for a durable and classic addition to any collection. Part of my own personal record collection play tested and cleaned great sound.
The sleeve grading is excellent (EX) and the record grading is near mint (NM or M-). The vinyl features the original cover and is from an unknown country/region of manufacture. The record size is 12" and the style is new wave, perfect for any alternative music lover. This item is in great shape and ready to be enjoyed.
