Correct matrix both sides.

I've owned this record since December of 1993. Played a few times in the 90's, and both sides play tested prior to this listing.
Plays wonderfully! Vinyl is VG+. 
Fold out paper sleeve is VG. Has mild creasing at top. Small dot/spot on Melvins side of sleeve (please see picture #5). Tiny tear at top of sleeve (Melvins side). (please see picture #11).
