The record itself would be in excellent condition if it wasnt for the figure of 8 scratch, on the AA side besides thag only a few hairlines which are only really visible under a bright light. Little if any surface noise or sound distortion under play testing except for the scratch mentioned. The cover has some age related edge wear but there are no rips or tears.
