Very rare original. Houston, Texas listed on the labels beneath the label name. Thick record. The dead wax reads IAS 4 side 1 1A and IAS 4 side 2 1A. The label reads IA LP 4 Stereo.
Record is VG on side 1 and VG- on side 2.  A couple of scratches felt with fingernail on side 2 but are not very deep.  I would consider it a strong VG- on side 2.  Mostly surface marks on both sides and spindle marks.  Plays though fine on both sides.
Cover is VG.  Some ring wear, corner wear, and discoloration on the back. I would say strong VG with no splits or creases.


RECORD GRADING:

NM (Near Mint): Like new, looks unplayed.

Excellent (VG++): A few very faint surface marks, nothing that will affect play

VG+ (Very Good Plus): A few more marks than a VG++.  Used but not abused.

VG (Very Good): Light scuffs and light scratches, there will be light surface wear to the record. Expect some light surface noise in parts or a few clicks or pops here and there.

VG- (Very Good Minus): The record may have some scratches that will be deep enough to feel. Audible clicks and pops may be consistently present, but no skips.

G+ (Good Plus):A record that has been played and not taken care of.  Constant background noise will be present but no skips.
