Vinyl condition grading: 

Mint (M): Perfect condition, possibly still sealed.

Near Mint (NM or M-): Nearly perfect with minor wear.

Very Good Plus (VG+): Shows some signs of use but is well taken care of.

Very Good (VG): Noticeable wear but still playable.

Good Plus (G+): Significant wear and surface noise, but still playable. But it is better than Good.

Good: Significant wear and surface noise, but still playable.

The sleeve has '45' written on it and 'This Side' written on the label. The vinyl has some very light hairlines, but plays great.
