RETURN POLICY FOR FACTORY SEALED ITEMS Sealed, out-of-print records (LPs, CDs, etc.) are sold as collectibles and not as playing copies.
Their premium price is based on the fact that they are still sealed. Please consider this carefully before opening up a factory-sealed, old stock record. The higher value of factory-sealed, old stock records is usually due to collectors wanting to keep these collectibles unopened. Opening the seal changes the intrinsic nature of the record, making it much more common and therefore less valuable to serious collectors, no matter how good the condition of the disc or packaging may still be. My sealed records are described to the best of my knowledge and ability and sold on an "as is" basis. They are sold as collectors' items under the assumption that purchasers intend to keep them as sealed. Although rare occurrences, I cannot be responsible for concealed damage, pressing defects, warps or any other factory errors, since these titles are no longer returnable to the original distributor. Hence, I accept NO RETURNS OF OPENED PRODUCT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
