The English Beat lot on vinyl!
1) I Just Can't Stop It - RARE original Phil Brown mastered Jacksonville first pressing on Sire from 1980 with printed inner sleeve!!! LP is VG with some very light scuffs. Cover is a nice VG with some light ring. Inner sleeve has tape on the sides. Includes the maddeningly catchy Mirror In The Bathroom, a song worth ten times the price of admission on its own but the whole album is fantastic with Twist And Crawl worthy of equal praise.
2) Too Nice To Talk To 12" - RARE Allied promotional copy from 1981 with a previously unreleased A-side and the aforementioned Mirror In The Bathroom and Walk Away on the B-side in a white sleeve with black text on the front and a blank rear!!! Vinyl is VG+/VG++ with a few light scuffs. Cover is easily VG+, close to VG++, with a hint of ring.
3) Special Beat Services LP - rare Bob Carbone/Marv Bornstein mastered Indianapolis first pressing on I.R.S.'s silver (R) label with glossy printed inner sleeve with complete lyrics!!! LP is VG++ with a few light scuffs on side 1. Cover is easily VG+, close to VG++, with a hint of ring.
4) Wha'ppen LP - RARE original Phil Brown mastered Jacksonville first pressing from 1981 on Sire with printed inner sleeve with complete lyrics!!! LP is VG++ with a few barely visible paper scuffs. Cover is VG+ with some light ring.
Buying every record in this lot individually would cost $22.00 in shipping ALONE so don't sleep ska collectors.
