This listing features a rare Canadian pressing of The Beatles' iconic album *Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band*, released in 1978 by Capitol Records Canada. This edition is distinguished by its unique purple marbled vinyl, making it a standout piece for collectors. The album, pressed on 12" vinyl, is labeled under Capitol Records Canada with catalog number SEAV 11840.
Released exclusively in Canada, this purple marbled vinyl edition stands out as one of the only two colored vinyl Beatles albums issued in the country during the late 1970s. The other was *Love Songs* on yellow vinyl. The limited nature of these colored pressings, combined with the vibrant purple marbled effect, enhances their rarity and desirability among collectors.
The record is play graded with no surface noise, clicks or pops. Sleeve is excellent with minimal wear, no splits, bottom left has some wear, minor ring wear on back. Cutout insert is intact, excellent condition.
