LABELS: EX+ (clean, one or two very faint spindle marks, no writing)
COVER: GATE-FOLD EX (non-laminated gate-fold cover has minimal surface/ring-wear, has a few light soil marks on the front, minimal edge-wear & corner-wear, has a light crease across the back-right-top-corner, inside of gate-fold is excellent with no surface-wear)
INNER SLEEVE: EX (plain paper inner-sleeve, no splits or tears)
