MUST BE SEEN TO BE BELIEVED!!!  IT'S LIKE EVA PERON SIGNING A SOUNDTRACK TO EVITA!!  Felisa Rincon De Gautier was the first woman Mayor of San Juan, Puerto Rico.  From a bio on the internet:  "Felisa Rincon de Gautier (1897-1994), Political Activist. Gautier began her political activism campaigning for woman suffrage in Puerto Rica which was won in 1932. She joined the Popular Democratic Party and in 1940 was president of its San Juan committee. From 1948 to 1968, she was mayor of San Juan. In her open government, many schools, daycare, and health centers were built. She was on the National Committee of the United States Democratic Party and was a delegate to the national conventions until 1992."
I have not had the autograph authenticated (don't know if you could?), but I found this autograph on the internet and its identical to the one on the front of this record jacket:

Produced by F.A.M.E., 2-8402, in 1985.  All liner notes are in Spanish. The record jacket shows minor corner and edge wear, name and address of previous owner inside the jacket as seen in photo.  Both records stored in plain white inner sleeve and look rarely if ever played - very clean and deep grooves, no scratches seen, so I'm rating it VG++.
