This original UK CBS 1st Press LP plays very well with no jumps or skips or any loss of sound quality. There is no surface noise/crackle/pops at all on this LP, it plays beautifully, so overall we have graded this LP as excellent plus. Visually, we grade this LP as excellent. There are no fingerprint marks, no hairline scratches, 1 tiny surface mark on side 1 and no paper scuffs. The labels are clean and are free from writing, marks and stains with just a few light spindle traces.

The original CBS 'The Inner Sleeve' inner is in very good condition, it is intact with no marks, stains or writing, just light creasing and browning.

The original Shorewood Packaging cover is in very good plus condition. There is some minor scuffing to the corners and none on the edges. The spine is great, all of the words are completely readable. The front cover has a hint of some slight rubbing, the back looks completely clean. Overall, this cover is intact, no stains, marks or writing. Have a look at all the pictures for further details.

Overall this is in excellent condition and is a great addition to anyone's collection.

Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.  The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc. The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced. The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing. The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
