This is a copy of the  45 rpm EP Yesterday by The Beatles, original first pressing mono UK issue from 1965 on Parlophone GEP 8948

Matrix no.s are  7TCE 894 - 1  and  7TCE 895 - 1  with KT tax code next to the spindle hole of Side 2 and on both sides in the runout.  The sleeve flipbacks are rounded, "Sold In The U.K." is on both labels as well as "The Gramophone Co. Ltd" around the label rim.  All are in upper case.
