Up for auction is the original movie soundtrack of Star Wars 🚀. It is a 12” 33 RPM double-album vinyl LP on the 20th Century Records label, catalog number 2T-541 (stereo). I bought this soon after seeing the movie. I was probably the last person to see it. It didn’t get much play in its day. There’s a text-only insert in which John Williams comments briefly on the individual cuts on the record. My guess is except for the theme song, I played it once.

I have always treated my albums with care. The plastic shrink wrap is missing from this album (That always happens to fold-out covers.) but almost everything about this album is close to perfect. The album cover shows some wear along the edges and on the four corners. There is a faint ring mark from the albums within, but only on the front cover. The paper inner linings are perfect as far as I can tell. The record itself looks brand new. The two records look brand new. Rating this cautiously, I feel safe saying this album is in Very Good (VG) condition.
