3) Domestic Packages will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS priority mail. We reserve the right to utilize a different carrier at its discretion (buyer will not be charged an additional fee in connection with any shipping carrier change).

4) Internatinal Packages will be shipped using the eBay Global Shipping Program.
