Here is a double LP copy of Australian Music Today volumes 1 & 2, a joint project of the ABC, the Australian UNESCO Music Committee, and the World record Club, a fascinating collection of mid 20th century Australian composers, featuring on Volume 1: Richard Meale - Las Alboradas, for violin, flute, horn and piano, in 3 movements, Peter Sculthorpe - String Quartet Number 6 in 3 movements, John Antill - Five Australian Lyrics, Stewart Harvey baritone and Henri Penn piano, George Dreyfus From Within Looking Out in five parts for soprano (Marilyn Richardson), flute, viola, celeste and vibraphone, and on Volume 2: Nigel Butterley - Laudes, four movements for flute, piccolo, alto flute, clarinet, bass clarinet, trumpet, horn, violin, viola, cello and piano, Dorian Le Gallienne - Four Divine Poems of John Donne, Lauris Elms contralto and Marie van Hove piano, Felix Werder - String Quartet Number 6 in 5 movements, both albums have fold out covers with inserts containing lyrics, generous notes and photos, and featuring a John Olsen painting on the covers, undated but mid to late 1960s from internal evidence, all in good condition and playing through.
