PLAY TESTED, plays GREAT from start to finish with excellent sound quality! The custom labels are in EX condition, clean, bright color, no signatures. The cover rates NEAR MINT, is super clean, has great color, no stains, no signatures, no splits, no tape, edges are solid and NM, text on binder edge is NM, no cut outs or drill holes, looks rarely handled! (see photos) Includes the original printed inner sleeve in EX condition, clean, small center splits neatly repaired with non-yellowing tape, also looks rarely handled!

The cover rates NEAR MINT, shrink is still intact on all three sides, has great color, no stains, no signatures, no splits, no tape, edges are NM, text on binder edge is EX, no cut outs or drill holes, has small sticker shadow on front, small tear in shrink near bottom opening on back.
