Here is an Andy Warhol designed album from my collection offered up for sale: An Original 1st pressing of The Rolling Stones "Some Girls" in NM condition, looks rarely played, has been well cared for! The classic "Stones" on Rolling Stones Records COC-39108 STEREO. This is the BANNED COVER designed by Andy Warhol that got them in trouble for not having permission to use the photos of Marilyn Monroe, Lucille Ball and others. The lawsuits stopped the presses (resulting in the ugly and common "under construction" version). Record grades NEAR MINT, is super glossy and clean, pristine, looks rarely played! Has been PLAY TESTED, plays great from start to finish with excellent sound, clear and quiet, minimal surface noise, a very enjoyable listen! The custom labels are also in excellent condition, no signatures, minimal wear! This disc has "Sterling" stamped in the deadwax, indicating sought after mastering by Sterling Studios! This banned cover is EX, close to NM, has great colors, bright whites, all edges and corners solid, only flaw is slight corner wear, no splits, no tape, di-cut edges without wear, the binder edge is NM and readable, no signatures or writing. This is a BEAUTY and a conversation piece! The inner sleeve is also in excellent condition, still has great color, no tape or signatures, there is a small split at the center on one side, no wear! Own it now with my fair BUY IT NOW price! Will be shipped in a protective plastic sleeve inside a secure record mailing box with tracking number. Thanks for looking!
