Ultra protective packaging concept: Each Original Master Recording is enveloped in an Original Master "rice paper" sleeve and wrapped in a stiff insert board. These components are inserted in custom designed LP jackets that feature exact photographic reproductions of actual studio log sheets used by the producers and engineers of each Beatles recording. These complete LP packages are filed and cataloged in a high impact, styrene divided rack for stabilized vertical storage. A luxurious library presentation case, covered in black linen and gold foil stamped with matching metal hardware, encases the entire Collection. **

* The GEO-Disc paperboard packaging is split. This is the only defect in the box set contents and the reason the "sleeve grading" is rated "Excellent", not higher. See photo.
** The library presentation case is in near perfect, near mint condition. Unfortunately the passage of time has not been kind to the metal clasps and they are tarnished. Normal for being 31 years old. I have not attempted to brighten this metal because any cleaner will probably harm the linen box covering. This is another reason I've down-graded the condition on the "sleeve" set from near mint.

(I use "mint" to describe something that may be opened or in the form of an older collectible or antique; in MINT, perfect condition (no flaws). NO FLAWS being the key words. NONE. If it has a chip or a scratch or a tear or crack; it is NOT MINT! Then what is near mint? Well that is something that is "perfect"condition, but for normal passage of time is no longer considered "mint" - in the case of an LP that means sonically pure. Next is "excellent" condition item which to me may have been used sparingly and have a FEW scratches or flaws on it. Any major damage or multiple flaws keeps it out of the excellent category! After excellent we have a condition scale known as very good. Very good is just that. It's condition should not stand out and the item will have multiple flaws; even a major flaw or two.)

A note about shipping: I will package and ship to your specification at your cost. This could go on the cheap via Media Mail, but I wouldn't recommend that. Careful packaging with bubble wrap and double boxing is what I'd recommend. For the most care, I could go to the extreme of shipping each LP separately. Up to you.
