This is an original mono / tri-color label pressing of the 1965 LP:  THE KINKS "YOU REALLY GOT ME" (Reprise / R-6143).

Record is very glossy with a few light surface marks on each side - plays great with only a light background crackle at times that does not overpower music. 

Cover shows some light wear and some paper tearing on bottom seam.  One small paper tear in spine near "K".  Some discoloration spots on back cover (see scan).  No split seams - no writing.
