Payment is required within seven (7) days of auction close or an unpaid item case will be opened, and item will be re-listed.
International Auctions/Buyers-Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving a cleared payment.
First Class International Mail and Priority International Flat Rate Envelopes take between 3 and 6 weeks for delivery, and does not include a tracking number. If you desire a tracking number, you must opt to ship via Standard Priority Mail.
Please also note that USPS does not consider a package lost until 21 days have passed (45 for International shipments).
RETURNS: We accept returns submitted within 14 days of receipt of item.
Item must be in same condition received for acceptance of return. Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt of return. Refunds are given on purchase price only, and are charged a 10% restocking fee.
Items purchased with Free Shipping will be refunded purchase price MINUS actual shipping fees.
