Please refer to the pictures for the condition of the album (sleeve, inner sleeve and record). I am no expert at grading, but I want to be as fair as possible.
The album cover shows some signs of wear. The zipper works but looks like it is becoming unglued. The lower right corner is slightly creased. The back cover has a piece of tape on it. The inner sleeve is the original and has a split seam and one small pen mark on it. Both Side 1 and Side 2 show some light surface marks, none of which drastically affected the sound quality. There were a few crackles initially, but the record plays quite nicely. There is another marker mark on Side 2 of the label.
This record was purchased new in 1971 by my mother and was played throughout the 70s and early 1980s and then safely and properly packed away. I played the record just before posting it to ebay, it sounded great! On the right side of the front cover, in marker, "NGRODIN" is my mothers marking.
