This is a 10th Anniversary edition of Slipknot's self-titled debut album, issued in 2009 by Roadrunner.

Please note that the t-shirt is NOT included. This is for the box, record, sleeve, and insert. NO SHIRT IS INCLUDED. However, the removable window for the shirt is still there, so if you have an appropriate shirt, you can simply add it to this set!

Everything is in very good condition, with little to no wear, as seen in the pics. The clear green vinyl is in excellent shape...clean, flat, and free of wear.
