Blue Mitchell "The Thing To Do" on Blue Note 4178, an original mono, NY USA label pressing.  VAN GELDER stamp and ear in deadwax.
The vinyl is in glossy VG-/G condition, many light marks and scuffs, original factory inner sleeve.  The cover is in VG+/VG condition, no writing, 1/2" split bottom seam, light edge wear, shelf wear, light stain on back, overall very presentable.
