This is an original deep groove / shaded dog label pressing of the classical LP: PROKOFIEFF - SYMPHONY NO. 5 (RCA / Living Stereo / LSC-2272).
Record appears to be in excellent condition.
Cover looks great with only light wear - some paper tearing to seams - top seam split appx. 1/2 length - no writing.
Original RCA catalog inner sleeve - shows some seam splitting - will also ship in a new white inner sleeve.
