The Smiths will never reunite, Morrissey’s almost just as hard to see live these days, and Johnny Marr’s off doing his own thing. Still, that hasn’t stopped new recordings from surfacing. There’s now a rare, early demo of the band’s recordings, dubbed The Pablo Cuckoo Tape, which not only dates back to 1983 (pre-dating their 1984 self-titled release), but has been recently endorsed by former drummer Mike Joyce. This recently found recording comes pressed on vinyl courtesy of this LP. Limited edition pressing. Comes in a full color jacket. German import.
