COVER CONDITION 

Nice and clean.

2 inch seam split in the middle of the bottom edge.

Bottom 1 inch of the spine is frayed.

Scattered wear spots on the top edge. 

No cutout hole, saw mark, cut corner, writing or any other cover defects.
