I have stored this record in a smoke free home since 1986, when I bought it.
The record is in NM condition, I would almost say Mint, but, I will go with NM. It has hardly been played.
The cover has some wear around the edges, some ring wear on the front top cover, as shown in above photo.
The back cover has some "wrinkles" but they aren't extremely noticeable. Otherwise, no rips or tears.
