LABELS: EX+ (a few faint spindle trails, no writing)

COVER : EX (single-sleeve cover with a laminated front surface has minimal edge-wear & corner-wear, light surface-wear, has a puch-hole top-right-corner)

INNER SLEEVE: EX (nylon anti-static inner-sleeve, has no splits or tears)
