To obtain Promo vinyl albums, 45's CD's or other promotional items you had to be a radio DJ or in the record business.  This is from the private collection of a former music industry veteran. 
It has been in (smoke and pet free) storage and has never been played. 
Discs have never been taken out of inner sleeves. This was given for promotion and was never shrink-wrapped and has a hole drilled in the upper right hand corner. The upper right hand corner was bent when cover was drilled (as shown in photos).

The album contains tracks from the beginning of his solo career in 1970 up to 1987. Issued just as McCartney was beginning work on his next studio album, All the Best! peaked at number 62 in the US and was certified double platinum. It was a commercial success in the UK, where it reached number 2.
