Sleeve : The sleeve is very clean and shiny, but has a very small tear at the bottom opening (10mm), apart from that, looks near mint.
Spine : This is near perfect
Inner Bag : The inner bag is in excellent condition
Vinyl : The record is very very clean and shiny. There are no visible spindle marks.
There is a very very light mark on side one, track one. This is inaudible. The record is close to near mint.
