We are professionals and pack with extreme care: you can trust us. However, we know some customers may have specific requirements for how their items are to be packed. Different packing materials have different weights, so if for example you want a box for an item we might normally ship in a bubble mailer, the shipping cost will probably change. PAYMENT DETAILS Massachusetts residents must pay sales tax because we are a Massachusetts business. Import duties, taxes, and charges on international orders are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. SHIPPING TO ITALY Due to the mail theft epidemic in the Italian post office system, we no longer normally ship to addresses in Italy. Exceptions can be made for buyers willing to pay for Priority Mail, which is safer but much more expensive than First Class. Priority Mail can also be tracked.
