Album Grade: VG+ Play Tested

This is a Very Good Plus record that shows some signs that it was played, but otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it.  The record surfaces show some signs of wear and has slight scuffs or very light scratches that doesn't affect one's listening experiences. The entire record has been cleaned in a spin clean record washer and play tested. There are no skips, jumps or load pops whatsoever. Not even a finger print.
Cover Grade: VG+ This is a Very Good Plus cover that has some slight wear with a barely noticeable water stain at the top center. No ring wear. All seams are solid with no splits.  In general, if not for a couple things wrong with it, this would be Near Mint. All but the most mint-crazy collectors will find a Very Good Plus record highly acceptable. Take a look at the pics. This cover is in great shape!
The original inner sleeve is has some slight wear. No rips or splits. The record comes in a brand new white paper record sleeve. Also included is the fan club membership application in like new shape.
