This is Japan original issue with OBI band, P-10300E.

SLEEVE CONDITION : Fine ! ! Very mild edge and spine wears only. Hard to find like this condition.

OBI CONDITION : No rip. Fine!!

VINYL CONDITION : Very mild sign of use only. Shine and glossy surface. Very hard to find like this condition !! Side 1 has 2 mild hairlines but no noise on my tuntable. 

INSERT CONDITION : 2 inserts. Very mild brown spots only, nice.

Communication : ENGLISH ONLY.
