To mark the 10-year anniversary of The Weepies’ indie-folk touchstone, “Say I Am You”, Nettwerk Records is re-releasing the album as a limited edition – and the first time on – colored vinyl. Since it’s 2006 release, many of the albums 13 tracks (all written by Deb Talan and Steve Tannen) have evolved into those deceptively simple and timeless songs that possess that subtle alchemy to work on almost any soundtrack. From “World Spins Madly On” amassing 20 million Spotify plays to Ryan Woodward’s incredible animated video for “Thought of You” (6 million YouTube views), it’s about time that Weepies fans finally get their wish to spin their favorite Weepies LP on their turntables. Limited edition features orange colored vinyl, new photos and liner notes and a signed poster of the album cover.
