Here are TWO RARE original late 1967 pressings in MONO by  the Beatles from my collection offered up for sale: These are becoming VERY hard to find offered here at a lower "B" grade price due to their condition, but are still collectable! John Lennon was quoted as saying "The ONLY way to listen to Pepper is in MONO". Different mix than the more commonly heard STEREO versions. 
A vintage 1967 The Beatles "SGT PEPPERS LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND", Original release from 1967 by Capitol, MAS 2653 MONO pressing with the rare 1st press misprinted cover where "With A little help from my friends" is mis-titled "A little help from my friends" (see photos) .  The record grades very respectable VG/VG+, is clean and glossy, has some faint sleeve marks & a few light marks on both sides, nothing heavy you can feel. PLAY TESTED, plays from start to finish with very good sound quality, clear sound with some light popping, some light surface noise, no skips or jumps, still a very enjoyable listen!  The vintage gatefold jacket rates strong VG, has deep bright colors with only light ring wear, seams neatly repaired with tape, has several tiny staple holes, binder edge is still readable, no signatures, inside gatefold clean! Has vintage white inner sleeve, clean. Includes the custom "Sgt. Pepper's" insert, is on very heavy paper, no stains, no writing, has been cut and re-glued/repaired (see all photos) 
PLUS: The 1967 1st press album "Magical Mystery Tour" released by Capitol records MAL-2835.  Still has the COLOR photo and cartoon BOOKLET!

The vintage gatefold jacket rates VG, is clean and has deep bright colors with only light ring wear, has sticker spot near bottom, seams neatly repaired with tape, binder edge has some light wear but is still readable, has signature on inside gatefold, clean!  The 24 page color booklet is attached to cover by older tape repairs, pages a bit loose but intact. Has vintage with inner sleeve, clean.
Will be shipped in protective plastic outer sleeves inside a secure record mailing box with tracking number. Vinyl will be shipped in paper sleeve outside cover to prevent cover splits.
