You are looking at a unopened special newspaper edition of Radiohead's 2011 album The King of Limbs...
As I have never opened this package I was not so sure on what it contains but after a bit of Googling this is what I believe it contains :
Two clear 10" vinyl records in a purpose-built PEFC certified record sleeve. * A compact disc of the album, in a PEFC certified cardsleeve. * A FSC certified perforated blotting-sheet containing 625 tiny pieces of artwork. * A newspaper containing art and texts (newspaper is approximately 30% recycled material). A full-colour piece of oxo-biodegradable plastic film holds it all together.
