Auction is for a sealed vinyl album by Blakroc from 2009.  It's a collaboration between The Black Keys and various hip hop & R&B acts.  There's a very small tear in the shrink wrap on the lower bottom as shown in the last picture. More info on specifics below:

The album features guest appearances from several hip hop and R&B acts, namely Mos Def, Nicole Wray, Pharoahe Monch, Ludacris, Billy Danze of M.O.P., Q-Tip of A Tribe Called Quest, Jim Jones and NOE of ByrdGang, as well as Raekwon, RZA and the late Ol' Dirty Bastard of Wu-Tang Clan.

Album Notes BlakRoc is the self-titled debut record from a project created by a duo of singer/guitarist Dan Auerbach and drummer Patrick Carney, members of a blues-rock combo the Black Keys. Together with producer Damon Dash, a co-founder of Roc-A-Fella Records, they created a rap-rock hybrid project that was recorded with input from a number of top MCs in the game, such as RZA, Mos Def, Raekwon, and many others. The debut album reached number seven on the U.S. Billboard Rap charts.
