Up for auction is a rare copy of Medium Rare by Foo Fighters. 
The case still has the plastic wrap but has been opened on the right side. The corners, top, bottom and spine appear to be in very good condition. The bottom right corner shows a very small amount of wear. The case appears to be in great condition. There is a small stain above the I on the foam tray about the half the size of a dime, but it's hard to tell due to the nature of the cover photo (There is a bump in the plastic, otherwise I would think it is part of the picture). 
The record appears to be in great condition. I do not see any cracks or evident scratches. There is some very light dust specs on the albums but could easily be cleaned off. I have not played either record, but cannot say if it has been played before.
