Face it, the remastered versions of Melissa suck! 

This original captures much more darkness, aggression and has a wider dynamic range (the difference between the low-quiet passages and the louder passages) the way it was intended to be heard... not just everything turned UP and compressed as on the remasters...those are hard to listen to after a while...well-documented...no brickwall remastering on this one, it sounds sweet.

**PLEASE NOTE THE PIC OF THE CD** PLEASE READ EVERYTHING!

This CD has suffered from laser rot (see the small 'holes'-NOT the bright lights in the reflection) HOWEVER, I have played / ripped it many times, in fact prior to posting, I included the EAC info....you can back it up easily or play it as is.  Even though there are those pits in it within the data area, there are NO skips or dropouts. 

This version has RR 9898-2 on the spine, back inlay, and the booklet, but RRD 9898 on the CD.
Roadrunner mentioned on the spine, back inlay and the booklet, but Road Racer on the CD.  This was how it was released.  I am selling as is. I changed out the case so it is brand new.

No need to pay a tremendous amount of cash for a great original unremastered copy such as this one.
