GRADING/CONDITION

SLEEVE - GOOD PLUS - some discolouration around edges and light wear to spine. some feathering at record opening.

ORIGINAL INNER - GOOD PLUS - some creasing but no splits or tears

VINYL VISUAL - GOOD - visible marks and light stains. mainly from contact with the inner - no heavy scratches and mainly sleeve removal marks - under my test lamp. Not as visible in ordinary daylight.

PLAY GRADING - GOOD - some crackle/surface noise at run in side A and between tracks/quiet passages(does not overpower the music) - settles and plays well.

Heavier crackle, mainly at run in side B and into the first track but again, settles well and does not overpower the music.

NOT THE BEST VINYL BUT STILL A RARE PLAYABLE ALBUM

## PLEASE ALSO HAVE A LOOK AT MY UNPLAYED VINYLS LISTED ##

I VISUALLY INSPECT THE VINYLS UNDER A HALOGEN TEST LAMP THAT SHOWS THE TINIEST OF MARKS THAT WOULD NOT NORMALLY BE VISIBLE IN ORDINARY LIGHT - I CAN PICK UP LIGHT MARKS AND HAIRLINES ON ALMOST ANY NEW VINYL WITH MY TEST LAMP WHICH HAVE NO EFFECT ON PLAY AND ARE NOT NOTICEABLE IN ORDINARY LIGHT IN ALMOST ALL CASES. I AM USUALLY OVER CRITICAL WITH MY GRADINGS AS I VALUE MY FEEDBACK AND WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE. ALL ARE TEST PLAYED AND ALL STRICTLY GRADED TO THE RECORD COLLECTORS GRADING GUIDE. IF ANY ARE BETWEEN GRADES, I WILL GRADE DOWN RATHER THAN UP. PLEASE SCROLL TO BOTTOM FOR GUIDE.

A NOTE ABOUT HAIRLINES: HAIRLINES ARE TINY WISPY MARKS THAT CAN BE DETECTED ON ALMOST ANY NEW VINYL UNDER HALOGEN LIGHT, ARE NOT AUDIBLE AND HAVE NO EFFECT ON PLAYING QUALITY. ARE PRESENT FROM WHEN THE VINYLS COME OFF THE PRODUCTION LINE AND ARE SLEEVED. ARE NOT NORMALLY VISIBLE UNDER NORMAL DAYLIGHT.

I TAKE GREAT PRIDE AND CARE IN ENSURING YOU RECEIVE EXACTLY WHAT IS DESCRIBED.

VINYLS ARE PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED ON A MOTH RCM PRO TO REMOVE ANY FINE PARTICLES FROM THE INNER SLEEVES THAT MAY HAVE ACCUMULATED OVER THE YEARS, LEAVING A BEAUTIFUL CLEAN PLAYING SURFACE READY TO PLACE ON YOUR TURNTABLE.

P&P COSTS INCLUDE A STRONG, SLIGHTLY OVERSIZED CUSTOM MADE, FOLDING BOX-STYLE RECORD MAILER WITH 2 ADDED STIFFENER BOARDS. THE VINYL IS REMOVED FROM THE ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVE FOR DISPATCH, PLACED IN A NEW INNER AND PACKED EXTERNALLY TO THE MAIN SLEEVE TO PREVENT ANY DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING. ALL ARE HOUSED IN A NEW POLYTHENE OUTER SLEEVE.       I DO NOT PROFIT FROM P&P AND ONLY CHARGE WHAT IT COSTS ME OR LESS IN MOST CASES.

Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide:   " The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.  The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.  The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.  The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.  The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.  The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.  The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler."
