Description

For your consideration is a Miles Davis Kind of Blue LP. White label, 6 eyes, stereo CS 8163. Demonstration copy. Some cover wear with minor tearing at upper corner of spline. LP itself does have tics/pops,surface noise. Scuffs and many scratches. Nothing terrible. It is a playable copy. Run out groove has XSM47326-1E and XSM47327-1K. No address on rear cover. I will guarantee the record. Please email me first if you have a problem before opening a case or leaving feedback. I'd be happy to help. LP will be shipped outside of their jacket and protected.

Payment is only with a Paypal Confirmed address from the USA. If you have a USA address but have an international paypal account you MUST contact me first before bidding. If a package is forwarded to an international address you will responsible for it getting there. Payment must be made within 3 days of the end of the auction. Shipping

Shipping is to the continental lower 48 US states only. Sorry NO International. Canada, Alaskal and Hawaii ok but you must ask permission first. I almost always use USPS services. If you want to use Fedex for larger packages please contact me first. /FONT>

Generally I use recycled materials as I feel it is the environmentally responsible thing to do. I reuse padded envelopes, assorted styrofoam peanuts/blocks, cardboard boxes, plastic bags,styro peanuts,etc. Heavier items I use large bubble wrap and sometimes new boxes. If you have specific packing requirements please contact me first. Please read my feedback and you will see that I pack well.

If shipping damage does occur please work with me to resolve it. You must take photos of the packing damage.

I am a very fair and honest person and I try very hard to make sure every sale is satisfactory. Items are described to the best of my ability and if you do have a problem I am happy to help resolve it. Please contact me within the 14 day Ebay return period.

If you are unsatisfied with anything regarding this transaction please contact me prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback. I will do whatever is possible to resolve any issues. 

I don't consider the transaction complete until I know that you  are fully satisfied with your purchase. If all is well please either leave positive feedback or at least an email saying you are happy with your purchase. Then I will leave positive feedback for you.

Returns

If my specific auction allows returns they are accepted within 14 days from receipt.  If you decide to return an item you must first contact me and obtain return authorization and instructions. 

If the item is being returned for reasons other than being not as described or shown in the pictures then the buyer's shipping charges are non--refundable. Buyer must pay return shipping. Items must be returned with all listed items,  packaging, accessories, etc in original packing or equivalent to that used for shipping. Refunds will only be given after I receive the item.

If an item is damaged in shipping it must go through the normal formal procedures before returning to me. Usually it is required that the buyer initiate the claim with the shipping company. You will need to keep the original box and packing material for inspection by the shipping company.
