Here is a RARE ORIGINAL 7" 45 rpm single record from my collection offered up for sale:  This is an ORIGINAL 1963 first pressing released by Capitol Records 4932 (Mono), The Beach Boys "Surfin' U.S.A. / Shut down on the B side. This is a first pressing crediting BRIAN WILSON as the songwriter, released before the CHUCK BERRY LAWSUIT , cool! Chuck's lawyers pointed out the similarity to Berry's "Sweet little 16" and the Beach boys did not contest the obvious lift! All song writing credits were changed to Chuck Berry and royalties were paid to Berry who had long been a hero to the group. Why Capitol executives did not catch the problem and pressed it without Berry's approval is a mystery.  This would be a great addition for a classic rock Jukebox.

The vinyl grades near Mint, is clean and glossy, looks pristine! Unplayed old stock!, has been The original Capitol sleeve is also near Mint. VERY well cared for! This record has been PLAY TESTED, plays GREAT from start to finish with excellent sound quality!  (see photos)
