VG+ Used but not abused. Some surface lines. Will have some relatively slight audible imperfections.

might be a small scratch but not one that repeats, Cover will be worn or have some kind of defect.
VG- (G+) .. Usually the lowest rating I will list an LP at. Same as VG but defects are more pronounced. May have more than 1 scratch but still not one that repeats. This record will still be enjoyable but there will almost definitely be background sound. I have sold many rare 78s and older acetates at this grade and buyers have almost always been quite pleased. , In this condition flaws will be pictured or noted
