Recorded at The Palace, Melbourne, Australia, 2nd February 1992, & SNL 1993 + 1994. And 
finally "Live & Loud" recorded in the bands hometown in Seattle, WA, 13th December 1993 
shortly before Kurt Cobain's untimely and tragic death.
