Gate Fold Graded...Excellent...This Gate Fold is Thick & 100% Solid, There are No Rips, No Tears, & No Seam Splits...Light Shelf Wear, Minor Ring Wear on The Back Cover Only...A Drill Hole by the Front Bottom Right Corner, A Couple of Corners Have A (ding)...Light Seam & Corner Wear...
