It's used, but in GREAT CONDITION. I got it when it was first released, and played it a few times, but it's just been on my shelf for the past decade or so.
There is some tape on the edges of the inner sleeve - as pictured. I used to do that to ensure my records never slipped through and dropped to the floor. Yes, it has been well taken care of and protected since 1985.
