Condition: LP is Brand New and Factory Sealed, however shrink is very tight and cover (and possibly the record inside) seems to have somewhat of a warp and also has split less than 1 inch at the far right center cover opening. Cover has some light corner wear and a slight tear in the shrink (by the holly leaves in the card on the front cover).  Also has a small (bb size) hole in the back cover between "Keith" and "Shirley". 

Comments: Hard to Find SEALED LP by The Partridge Family. A real piece of American Pop Culture from 1971! This is an original pressing with the real Christmas Card and Envelope (unlike some later pressings where the card envelope are part of the cover design).
