Moderate general wear from use/storage, overall clean and solid with no splits, numerous scrapes on the front and some small pin holes.
The inner-sleeve has one side completely split.

Excellent shiny surfaces, just a small amount of soft light sleeve scuffs.
This disc has not been cleaned in any way, I leave it to the buyer to use their preferred cleaning method.
