The late Thornton James "Pookie" Hudson was the legendary lead singer of the R & B vocal group the Spaniels. I Know, I Know, released in 1963 by Double L Records, appears to have been recorded by Hudson alone as a solo effort and has become an extremely rare record to find in 45 RPM format. It is a bluesy sounding soul ballad featuring Hudson' s distinctive voice.
