FIVE INTERNATIONAL 7”s by artists from IRAN, CAMBODIA, THAILAND, ALGERIA, and EGYPT

Over the years I’ve managed to collect quite a few records that are pretty worn out. Here are five of them, grouped together for your benefit at $4 per record. I’m selling them as a lot because frankly they’re taking up space I don’t have in my record boxes, so please don’t write to ask about buying only one or any fewer than all of them. I’ll only sell them all together. Thank you.

The records are:

- Souad Ahmed “Lalla Yemma Hena / Moula Baghdad” (Casaphone)

- Iraj “Ganare Bagh Men / Ghozel” (Irangram)

- Chum Kem et son Orchestre Oriental 4 song 7” EP on Barclay (France). Cambodian artist, playing in a mixed Latin/Cambodian style. I’ve seen VG condition copies of this go for $100+, but this one is obviously not VG…

- (No listed artists) “Ya Bint Balady” / “Ya Mustapha” (Arab Tunes)

- Some kind of 33 rpm 7” EP from Thailand with protest music on it (I can’t read Thai, but this is what the seller told me). This is the only record with a sleeve, as pictured.

Condition: As you can hear, they range from G to F, with plenty of surface noise and skips. Opening bid price reflects condition.
